All elements of the website and application — the DataFight name and logo, texts, interfaces, illustrations, videos and code — are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher unless stated otherwise.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

The data you create in the application (athletes, fights, videos, notes) remains yours. DataFight claims no rights over it beyond what is necessary to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

The processing of personal data is described in detail in the privacy policy, which sets out the data collected, its purposes, the legal bases, retention periods and the rights you hold under the GDPR.

Subscriptions, one-time purchases and AI credits in the application are sold and billed by Google Play. Google acts as the seller: the applicable sales, billing and refund terms are those of Google Play.

DataFight does not collect or store any banking data.

The publisher makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published and the availability of the service, without being able to guarantee it absolutely.

The analyses, statistics and reports generated by DataFight, including those produced by artificial intelligence, are decision support. They do not replace a coach's judgement or an official refereeing decision.
